Elected Office

Thank you for your interest in running for student body elected office, LCC ASB looks forward to working with you. Please visit the About page for applicants to learn more about the LCC ASB application process. For more information about the 2025 application process, we recommend you review the Information for Candidates and Position Descriptions documents. Please use the Campaign Literature Google Form to submit any materials for your election.

step one

Complete and submit the Membership Application. Please select the office that you wish to run for in the drop down. Filling out this form should only take you ten to fifteen minutes. This form creates your official application file. Submission of the Membership Application also initiates the interview, which is conducted in April by the Executive Board-elect.

*Please note the application for elected officers is due by April 6th, along with all teacher reports. No late applications will be accepted

Step Two 

Complete and submit your Teachers’ Reports. Once you have received the Membership Application confirmation email, please contact each one of your current teachers to request that they submit information on your behalf. Teachers’ Reports must be submitted by the application deadline.

Candidates must receive a Teacher’s Report from each one of their current teachers. For example, if you are enrolled in seven courses, seven total Teachers’ Reports are required. If you are enrolled in six courses, six total Teachers’ Reports are required. If you have two different courses with the same teacher, please contact the Election Committee for further assistance.

Application Changes

Information submitted on the Declaration of Candidacy can be updated if necessary. If you need to make any changes to your Declaration of Candidacy, please email the ASB Advisor at caitlin.solomon@sduhsd.net
